About Me

For most of my life I struggled with shyness and self-doubt, so I know how defeating it can feel when your words don’t come out the way you want them to —when you can’t show up with the confidence you hoped for, or when your presence doesn’t land the way you intended.

Today, I help clients uncover their natural strengths and learn to communicate in a way that is confident and true to who they are.

My methods are based on years of practice and research into what makes communication truly effective. I believe that it starts with the individual — who they are, what they need, and how they learn.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — from early-stage founders to employees and teams at companies like Google, Salesforce, Apple, Facebook, Netflix, and Genentech — to develop clear, confident and effective communication skills.

I also bring a formal background in speech and communication, including a B.A. in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a certification as an Accent Modification Trainer with the Compton P-ESL (Pronouncing English as a Second Language) program.
